Shipping & Returns
Delivery: Italian Orders
We use the Italian Post system (not the fastest one, but quite efficient) and tracked shipping to any address within Italy is a flat rate of €5.50.
Please allow a period of 5 - 7 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas, and 7 - 10 business days for delivery to regional areas within Italy (more if you are ordering from the islands).
If you need your products to be delivered a bit more swiftly, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange express post (for an additional extra charge depending on your address).
Delivery: International Orders
Placing an order from other parts of the world or another universe? Please allow around 2 weeks for delivery to international addresses, and longer at peak postage times (hey Santa come and lend us a hand!)
Please note, lovelies: inchiostro and paper ltd. is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries, and these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
You can make your payments securely via Paypal with Visa, Mastercard and directly from your Paypal balance. Payment will be cleared automatically once an order has been placed at the checkout.
Shopping outside of Italy? Don’t fret. Paypal automatically converts pricing to your home currency once you’ve passed through to check out. Easy Peasy. (PS: we don't accept cash, crypto or other types of payment).
If something (Christmas, customs, you type the wrong address, etc.) happens and you haven't received your lovely inchiostro and paper package yet, drop us a line here.

Still don’t see your inchiostro in your mailbox? If you waited longer than the anticipated delivery timeline listed above (check before getting in touch!), please contact us straight away.
Please note: if you give us the wrong or incomplete address, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion.

How wonderful! You're so nice! Please contact us before placing your order with the specifications of the gift recipient's name and address.
Returns & Replacements
When making a purchase from inchiostro and paper, please choose and read carefully! We want all our customers to totally fall in love with our products, but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns unless your goods have been damaged in transit, or are somehow faulty. If so, please contact us straight away, providing us with your invoice number, and a description or photo of the damage.
Requesting a replacement? Sure thing. We’ll dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive your return in a timely manner.
