5 Useful Trackers for your Bullet Journal

When you’re approaching for the first time the bullet journal method, some basic aspects will help you organise your daily routine in a useful way. First, you have to decide which kind of monthly spread is better for you and then you step into the weekly organisation. Between these, the monthly spread and the weekly set up there’s another ‘instrument’ that will help you stay focused on your goals and the things you have to do: TRACKERS!

Trackers are simple ways through which you check your daily/monthly habits, without forgetting your priorities. You just need to understand the things you want to ‘track’, decide if it’ll be a monthly or weekly tracker, and start building it on your bullet journal.

Here you have 5 examples of useful trackers for your bullet journal: have a look and be inspired to build your ones. You’ll be able to have an overview of your healthy habits, of your school life, of your hobbies and so on.

1. Life tracker

A life tracker is usually built once every month on a blank page where you put all your activities together and track them there. At the end of the month, you’ll have a complete overview of the past days, being able to understand where you have been focused more and where less.


2. Food and health tracker

This kind of tracker is similar to the life tracker but focuses on just some key areas and good habits, such as a walking, the sport you practice, time spent tidying your home, when you cook something healthy or you follow a zero-waste habit.


3. Mood tracker

The mood tracker is my favourite: there are hundreds of ways to build it but you just need a blank page and some colours. As a mood tracker, you could use a simple grid or some doodles, but also a drawing that you’ll divide into little pieces as the number o the days. Decide a ‘colour key’ so each mood will correspond to a colour and complete it every evening.


4. Hobby and creativity tracker

Try to separate your working habits from your hobbies. Put inside your Hobby tracker all the activities you are used to doing when you want to know something new, like calligraphy, drawing, reading, listening to music and so on.


5. Social network and business tracker

A social network tracker could be useful in two ways: first one, you’ll understand how much time you spend in front of your computer/mobile phone. Secondly, if you use your social to promote your business, you’ll complete the social tracker during the days when you post something there.
